About

Go Cotswolds provides small-group guided day tours of the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

We pick up passengers from all accommodation providers in Stratford-upon-Avon, as well as from Leamington Spa, Stratford-upon-Avon and Moreton-in-Marsh rail stations to allow easy connections by train from London, Oxford, Birmingham and further afield.

Our Cotswolds Day Tour is a friendly and personal group tour that visits 7 different locations in the Cotswolds. First, the stunning view at Dover's Hill is the perfect place to start our tour with an explanation of what the Cotswolds is all about. This is followed by 1 hour of free time in the small market town of Chipping Campden, where we provide customers with a map and some recommended things to do and see to allow them to explore this charming and typically Cotswolds town for themselves. Next stop is Broadway Tower, a quirky folly built by famed landscaper Capability Brown, which has some interesting stories to tell, and then a visit to our "secret" village - but you'll have to join us on a tour to find out about that! At lunch time, we stop for over an hour in the bustling market town of Stow-on-the-Wold (lunch not included) - again with maps to highlight the key sights and recommended eateries. Then it's on to Bibury and it's famous Arlington Row of cottages, before the last stop of the day in popular Bourton-on-the-Water, famous for its picturesque river and stone bridges. At the end of the tour, customers can be dropped off at the place they joined the tour, or at another of our drop-off locations. The tour last 7-8 hours and provides plenty of time to explore this pciture-postcard-perfect region.

Additional Information:

  • Regretfully, our minibus is not wheelchair accessible, but for wheelchair users who can get in and out of their chair to get on and off the minibus, we have plenty of luggage space to store a foldable manual wheelchair. We have grab rails and a portable step to assist passengers who may have some difficulty getting on and off the minibus.
  • While we do not generally allow dogs on the tour, guide/assistance dogs are welcome at any time.
  • Private Tours available
  • Groups/FIT: Min pax 1, Max pax 16
  • Bookings are taken through our own website, or are also available through Viator/TripAdvisor Experiences.
