Explore the FUTURE of transport at the British Motor Museum this February half term!

British Motor Museum, Banbury Road, Gaydon, WARWICK, Warwickshire, CV35 0BJ

Throughout the half term from 15 February – 1 March the British Motor Museum is encouraging children to explore the FUTURE. Themed around the exhibition 'The Car. The Future. Me.', the activities will allow children to investigate what the cars of their future might look like through science shows, STEM activity, family trails and tours.
The 'FUTURE' science shows run at 11am and 2.30pm from Monday 17 to Sunday 23 February when Professor Pickle and Doctor Pumpkin will explore different sources of FUTURE power and bring them to life with a BANG!
Every day through the holidays, children can make their own car of the future using recycled materials, then light it up with LEDs. The family trail challenges visitors to find the missing parts needed to fix the car. They simply pick up a puzzle board on arrival and search the Museum to find the missing pieces. Every day at 1:30pm visitors can join the Family 'FUTURE' Tour with either Professor Pickle or Dr. Pumpkin.
On Thursday 20 February, for one day only, the STEM ambassadors from MOD Kineton will be offering visitors the chance to code the futuristic Rover Robots (Sphero RVR's) to successfully negotiate their specially designed assault course.
