Light House Media Centre, based in the impressive Victorian architecture of the Chubb Buildings, is a two screen cinema showing independent, retrospective and mainstream films, as well as national and international live theatre, opera and ballet. 

Lock Works Café Bar, a hub of free cultural activity from Vinyl nights, Open Mic sessions, singles nights, knitting groups and quizzes to language cafés. The Gallery is also available to hire for events and exhibitions. Check the website for listings and special events each month.
