You are sure to find something to do in Sandwell Valley Country Park. It is an award-winning Green Flag park and a great place to spend the day.
Sandwell Valley Country Park is in the heart of the West Midlands, just one mile from West Bromwich town centre. This beautiful park covers an area of 1700 acres of open countryside and is unique as it is located within a densely populated and industrialised area.
The two main attractions at the country park are Sandwell Park Farm and Forge Mill Farm - where you can meet animals, enjoy farm-themed activities and school holiday sessions.
Here you’ll also find woodlands, nature trails and picnic sites, lakes and pools. The park also plays host to a wide range of popular events throughout the year from community shows, fireworks display, fun fairs, dog shows to historic parades.
* The country park is open from 7.30am until dusk throughout the year.
