About

This well-appointed family run bed and breakfast provides guests with a comfortable bed, fresh high quality bedding, fluffy white towels and a tastefully decorated room. With en-suite/private bathroom facilities, flat screen TV/dvd, comfy chair, table and chair for work (or breakfast!) purposes, complemented by a tasty full English Breakfast or Continental if you prefer in the breakfast room.

Your room is equipped with tea, coffee and biscuits, alarm clock, hairdryer, and on request an ironing board/iron and electric fan. There is also a selection of DVD’s and reading material for your use, WIFI is available and off road parking for 4 cars.

Lapworth is a pretty village with three attractive and popular pubs which cater for a range of tastes in atmosphere and ambience and offer a variety of menus. We are 15 minutes from the NEC, NEC Arena and Birmingham Airport by car. Lapworth Station (1minute walk) has trains to Birmingham Centre, Solihull, Warwick and London.

Road Directions

From M42 junction 4 take the A3400 signed ‘Henley in Arden’. Pass through Hockley Heath and take the left turn onto the B4439 – Old Warwick Road. Continue for 3 miles passing the Boot Inn on your left and into Lapworth.

Go over the canal bridge and under the railway bridge take the next left into Station Lane where Bay Trees is found on the left hand side approx. 400 yards up. If you arrive by train, turn right out of the station, walk 100 yards down the lane and Bay Trees is on the right.
